Clear Out Co. uses a simple and transparent pricing system for our junk removal services. Our pricing is based on three factors: the number of items being removed, their weight and general labor.

When you contact us for a free estimate, we will ask you to provide us with a general idea of the size and quantity of items you need removed. We will then use this information to provide you with an estimate based on our standard pricing structure.

If you choose to text us a picture of your items, we can give you a more accurate estimate based on the type of materials and weight.

We accept credit, debit, e-transfer and cash. Our online payment processor is through Stripe. 

At Clear Out Co., we understand that you may need junk removal services at a moment's notice. That's why we offer same day or next day services to accommodate your busy schedule.

We will accept a maximum of 8 tires per load, this would be an additional charge, separate from estimates. 

No! Once we have seen a picture via email or text, we will determine an estimated price range. If you want to add items that weren't a part of the estimate, or are dense items such as concrete, tile, or metal we will re-adjust the pricing and notify before we load up.
